We ship worldwide from our UK-based fulfilment centre, ensuring your Sylvora Chic pieces arrive safely and on time.

Processing & Dispatch: Orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• UK: 3–5 working days via Royal Mail or trusted courier partners
• EU: 5–10 working days
• Rest of World: 10–20 working days

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £25 to make it easier to enjoy our collections.

Import Duties & Taxes: For orders outside the UK, recipients are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in Sylvora Chic product or shipping prices.
